Michelle’s Bakery is certified by the Department of Agriculture and adheres to strict sanitary guidelines and programs. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized daily and inspected before production begins. Our team is trained and monitored daily for adherence to FDA’s Current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
All products produced at Michelle’s Bakery contain wheat, soy, egg, and milk allergens and we do not currently offer any allergen-free products. If we ever do develop any items in the future that we love and fit these standards, it will be announced on our website!
Michelle’s Bakery offers a variety of products that are nut-free, tough these products are made in a facility that uses peanuts and walnuts. Our QA team follows detailed procedures and preforms extensive testing on equipment after an allergen-containing product is ran to assure it is free of residues. Non-allergen containing products are also sampled periodically to assure they do not contain peanut or tree nut allergens. All products produced at Michelle’s Bakery contain wheat, soy, egg, and milk allergens.
Michelle’s Bakery does not currently offer any vegan/keto/or kosher certified options, but future opportunities can be discussed with our sales and R&D teams.
Products manufactured by Michelle’s Bakery are shipped to our customers frozen. All products have a recommended ‘best by’ date of 6 months from the date of packaging, and are labeled on the cases as such. We recommend storing products under frozen conditions until ready to serve or displayed for sale. Michelle’s Bakery’s products have undergone extensive shelf life testing for both safety and quality. Michelle’s Bakery is not currently set up to export it’s products, but export certificates can be obtained if this service is requested by a customer.
All of our product’s and serving sizes are free from trans fats.
